Order Processing Times

As most of our products are custom branded and made to order, processing times vary:

  • Custom / Personalised Orders: 10–14 working days from artwork approval

  • Non-Personalised Items: 7-10 working days

  • Large / Bulk Orders: Timelines confirmed at point of order

You will receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

UK Shipping

We currently ship across the United Kingdom.

  • Standard Delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch

  • Express Delivery: Available on request (charges apply)

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and weight.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on request.
Please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and costs.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges, duties or import taxes.

Where available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Delays in artwork approval

We cannot be held responsible for delays once goods have been dispatched.

Incorrect Address Information

Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
Spartan Activewear cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
